Why does a keyword show 200+?AppBeat scans the first 200 App Store search results for each keyword. If your app isn't among them, the rank shows as 200+.
Why does my app show "Not in top N"?Category charts list a limited number of apps (usually 100). Smaller apps in large categories often sit outside them. That is normal, not an error.
How often are ranks checked?Keyword ranks once a day on Free and twice a day on Pro; category charts every few hours. Checks run when you open the app and in the background when iOS allows it, so opening AppBeat now and then keeps data fresh.
How do I connect App Store Connect?In App Store Connect, go to Users and Access › Integrations › App Store Connect API and generate a Team Key with a role that can see Sales and Trends and reply to reviews (for example Admin). Copy the Issuer ID and Key ID, download the .p8 file, and find your vendor number under Payments and Financial Reports. Then enter them in AppBeat › Settings › App Store Connect.
Is my App Store Connect key safe?It is stored only in your iPhone's Keychain and used only to call Apple directly. There is no AppBeat server. You can delete it in the app and revoke it in App Store Connect at any time.
Why are downloads empty?Apple publishes sales reports with about a one-day delay, and the first 30-day history fills in over a few syncs.
